School Visits & Rental Delivery Schedule: 2010-2011
	Stamell Stringed Instruments makes frequent trips to many destinations all around New England to rent, sell and service instruments. If you would like to meet us at any one of these locations, you must call or email ahead to schedule an appointment. We will not be able to help you unless you call in advance with your specific request. Call us at (800) 766-0936 in advance with requests for products or instrument inquiries so we can be as helpful as possible when we make our trips. Schedule & Frequently Asked Questions RE: School Visits & Rentals 2009-2010 Q: How do I begin renting? A: Call us during business hours, Tuesday-Saturday 10-6, and one of our friendly sales associates will be happy to assist you in beginning a rental contract over the phone. Q: What do I do if my child needs a different size instrument? A: Call us and we will arrange to deliver the new size to the school on one of our bi-monthly visits. We will pick up the instrument you are exchanging at that time. Q: How do I return my child's rental instrument? A: When you are ready to return the instrument, call and let us know that is your intention. Then, clearly label the instrument with your first & last name, your child's first & last name, the date you are leaving it at the school, and that it is a return for Stamell Strings. Lastly, leave the instrument (with bow and case) in the safe keeping of either the office or with the music teacher at your school. Q: How can we replace broken strings? A: Stamell Strings will replace broken strings with rental grade strings of our choice at no extra cost to you.
